Vocational center exclusively for people with disabilities, in santo domingo, the architectural proposal is base on rehabilitation of  low resources user  with a vocational or technical need.

Part from meeting the needs of education, looking for an opportunity to improve the conditions of life of a group of socialy excluded group, whose need are beyond the simple fact of finding a place where to work or get a eduaction.

Their particualr situation, as well as the lack of implementation of comprehensive policies, limited acces of hte basic health , education and rehabilitacion services in the DR, gives the limitation to benefit their societies.
